Product Warranty
All
Warranty Terms and Conditions apply to product purchased from Dentons authorised
Hong Kong and Macau retailers (the Company) only.
Due to health regulations,
pillows are non-exchangeable/refundable once the pillow has been removed from
its packaging. Please ensure choosing the correct pillow for you. Purchasing an
incorrect pillow will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you believe your pillow
to be faulty, all returns are to be made through the authorised stockist where
the product was purchased.
Dentons Pillows come with a
5-year warranty. The warranty is effective from the date of delivery.
Our 5-year replacement warranty
protects consumers against potential product faults or defects.
Dentons products are
individually processed, therefore minor variations can occur.
If a valid proof of
purchase is provided, Dentons will give you the following warranty for its
products subject to the conditions set out below:
Dentons General Warranty
Conditions:
The warranty is valid only
if the Dentons product is used and handled correctly as per the products
instructions.
The
Company must
be notified in writing of the defect within 30 calendar days of it appearing.
The warranty does not cover
normal changes in hardness/softness or properties which do not affect the
pressure relieving properties.
The warranty covers
physical defects and changes which cause a visible and permanent indentation of more
than 1.5cm in the Dentons material.
To make a claim under the warranty you must present the original invoice or sales receipt as evidence of your purchase, and evidence of damage/defects.
The warranty does not
apply:
If the product has been
purchased used (second hand), or from anyone other than an authorised stockist
or directly from the manufacturer.
If the Dentons instructions
for using, cleaning and maintaining the product have not been followed, or if
the product has otherwise been damaged as a result of poor maintenance, or
careless use.
If the product has been
bent, squeezed etc in cold temperatures and laid
in the sun and/or for a period of time causing the material to tear or be permanently
deformed.
If the product has been wet
or soaked. The Dentons material absorbs fluids and is difficult to dry, which
reduces the functionality permanently and may cause the pillow to snap.
If the product is very
soiled or unhygienic due to storage of the product in an unsuitable location.
If the product has been
altered or repaired without the permission of the Company.
If the product has been
intentionally damaged.
The zips on the removable
cover of Dentons pillows unless faulty upon receipt of the product.
If products are repaired
under the warranty, the original warranty period is not extended. Please note
the warranty is for replacement only.
If the situation involves
medical or health problems (such as allergies, discomfort, back pain, etc.)
In the event of dispute,
the Company reserves the right of final adjudication, and the customer agrees
to be bound by the final decision of the Company.
